So, we have another day of rest today due to inclement weather. I'm all about training in the colder weather, but I still have a wheeze in my chest and random coughing bouts, so I'm thinking a frolic in the cold rain/snow/sleety grossness outside is not my best laid plan. We're gonna have to put the pedal to the medal tomorrow!
The thing I am worried about is slipping and falling when I run in inclement weather. Especially since we have some slick icy spots around. I really do not want to take a spill and totally biff it especially since part of my run is on a busy road, and that would be embarrassing. (Additionally embarrassing because chances are the people driving by would recognize me....)
